Magnetic Particle Testing Level 2 (Multi-Sector)
Magnetic Particle inspection is a Non Destructive Testing method for the detection of surface or near surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials such as steel and iron. Detection of these flaws is achieved by establishing a suitable magnetic field in the test article, applying magnetic particles to the surface which collects at the site of the flux leakage.
Penetrant Testing Level 2 (Multi-Sector)
This comprehensive course is ideal for NDT personnel, inspectors, and technicians involved in weld inspection, castings and forgings examination during fabrication or in-service inspection. Whether you’re an experienced professional or just starting in the field, this training caters to all levels of expertise, ensuring you gain the essential skills and knowledge needed for effective flaw detection and assessment.
Ultrasonic Testing Level 1 (General Engineering)
Ultrasonic Testing Level 1 (General Engineering) is an introductory course designed to equip individuals with fundamental skills in non-destructive testing (NDT) using ultrasonic methods. This training program is perfect for beginners and professionals looking to expand their knowledge in flaw detection and evaluation.
Ultrasonic Testing Level 2 (Welds)
Our Ultrasonic Testing training course is tailored to empower quality engineers with the ability to accurately scan and detect most internal discontinuities. UT Level 2 training includes comprehensive classroom sessions and hands-on workshops focused on ultrasonic testing of welded joints.
CSWIP 3.0 – Visual Welding Inspector
The CSWIP Visual Welding Inspector course is designed for welders, operators, line inspectors, and foremen who carry out the visual examination of welded joints. It is also suitable for welding quality control staff and anyone who needs basic training in welding inspection alongside a qualification.
CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
The CSWIP Welding Inspector course is designed for inspection engineers and supervisory staff. Those with little or no previous welding experience are advised to attend the Certificate in Visual Inspection of Welds course to prepare for this course.
CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector
The CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector course is designed for experienced welding inspectors and quality control staff, especially those who are proceeding to the CSWIP Senior Welding Inspector examination.
BGAS-CSWIP Painting Inspector
You can take this course whether you have experience in the painting inspection industry or not.
